To provide bookkeeping, tax and credit services, we collect the information you provide directly (company and contact details), data from connected accounts you authorize (bank, payroll, and other financial tools), and usage data about how you interact with our dashboard.
We use your information to perform bookkeeping, prepare and file tax returns, run R&D credit studies, generate financial reports, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal or financial information.
Financial data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the accounting staff assigned to your account and the systems required to deliver the service.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or close your account at any time by contacting hello@saltandledger.com.
